Manufactured according to EN 60684-3-400 to 402 (previously DIN 40620) with EN 60684-3-401 as standard. Continuous temperature from -60°C to +220°C. Dielectric strength 4 kV. UV stable, suitable for tropical climate and RoHS compliant.

The Heat Shieldings heat resistant cover is an electrically insulating cover that can be used for thermal and electrical protection of wires, cables and hoses. The cover is braided from fiberglass yarn that has first been stripped of loose fibers through a heat-cleaning process, and then provided with a silicone coating.
