Gland packing - Graphite with PTFE impregnate | GRP 420

Grafopak GRP 420 Gland Packing

The GRP 420 gland packing is made from high-purity expanded graphite yarn and is impregnated with PTFE for improved flexibility and sliding properties. It is designed for dynamic applications and has good thermal conductance, a low coefficient of friction, and self-lubricating properties. This packing is more flexible and easier to install in the stuffing box of pumps and provides tightness at a lower pressure than packing made from pure graphite.
