Product information SOLID Sound and fire resistant plate, Dimensions plate: 2 plates of 600 x 1000 mm 

The insulation board is made from impregnated polyurethane foam with an open cell structure, making the material non-flammable and complying with ISO 9094.1.2 standards.

ISO 9094.1.2 requires that the material is non-flammable and that the protective layer does not absorb moisture and oil. In addition, this product has a CE mark. A copy of the test certificate will be sent on request.

SOLID Sound and fire resistant plate consists of the following layers:

1. Moisture and oil resistant protective layer made of white polyurethane or silver polyester.
2. Absorption layer of thick polyurethane foam, non-flammable.
3. Barrier layer of heavy polymer (5 kg / m²).
4. A thinner absorption layer also made of polyurethane foam; this layer of foam is of vital importance in preventing the reflection of the sound between the wall and the barrier layer.
5. Self-adhesive layer for easy assembly.
