Heat Shieldings HS1100 is a ready-to-use adhesive for sealing and fixing insulation. The adhesive contains alkaline silicates and mineral components that together provide a temperature resistance up to 1100 ° C

Applications

• Fastening gaskets (ceramic fibres, glass fibres);
• Fastening fiberglass products to metal parts exposed to the high temperatures;
• Joining sheets, sleeves and other refractory products.

Storage
Closed for a maximum of 12 months in the original packaging at a temperature between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C. Continuous long-term storage at higher temperatures may in certain cases lead to deterioration of the properties of the product.

curing
Let it dry for about 10 hours at ambient temperature before gradually increasing in temperature without coming into direct contact with the flame. The material should be cleaned with water.
