Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times

We aim to ship all orders placed before 8:00 PM on the same day. During busy periods, this may not always be possible, and the order will be shipped the next day. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery time.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping from €95,- in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• Different shipping costs apply for all other countries. Select the country in the shopping cart to see the costs.
  
  

Express shipment

• If you need express shipping please contact us for a quote. 
• Normal shipment in Europe can take up to 10 days (depending on the country)
  
  

365 days Return Policy

At Heat Shieldings, you can return your items up to 365 days after receiving them. During this period, you can try the products as you would in a physical store. Not satisfied? Simply register your return via our return portal.

Returning items is at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. In the return portal, you can purchase a shipping label at a discounted rate, for which you will not receive an invoice. If you prefer an invoice, choose the 'Own Shipping' option. You will still register the return but handle the shipping yourself without using our label.

Processing your return

After we have received your return shipment, we will start assessing the
returned items and the processing of your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return shipment are for your own account.

Items that cannot be returned

The following types of items cannot be returned:

• Products custom made to buyer's specifications
• Products that have been processed by the buyer and cannot be restored to original.
