Insulcon has been a producer and supplier of refractory and high-temperature insulation materials since 1980, with solutions up to 1600 °C, and has been part of the European IPCOM group since 2015.
Insulcon at Heat Shieldings
From Insulcon we carry the two products for glueing and sealing rope and seals in high-temperature applications: the Gluecon® adhesive for fixing fiberglass and stove rope and the Insulmould® fibre paste that fills irregular seams and cures into a refractory seal. Both are in the heat-resistant adhesive collection.

What do I use Gluecon adhesive for?
For glueing stove and fiberglass rope into the groove of a door or glass panel, and bonding insulation materials to metal, up to 1100 °C. See the replacement guide for the method.
When do I choose the Insulmould fibre paste?
When you want to fill as well as glue: the paste fills irregular seams and gaps and cures into a refractory seal up to 1260 °C.
