Custom insulation: made to measure or on a roll
We supply insulation materials made to measure or on a roll, such as insulation mattresses for exhaust systems and pipework. Whether you need thermal, acoustic or fire-resistant insulation, we always offer a suitable solution. Every project is unique: that is why we think along with you and develop custom-made solutions based on your requirements and conditions.
Custom-made heat-reflective parts
Custom-made items include the Premium V2 heat-reflective foil (fiberglass with aluminium, resistant up to 140 °C) and CARBONFLECT (carbon with aluminium, resistant up to 250 °C). These products are made to specification; the price is on request.
Rolls and bulk packs
For larger projects we also supply rolls and bulk packs, such as the THERMO BLOCK insulation mat: a fiberglass needle mat with an aluminium top layer that reflects up to 95% of radiant heat, in thicknesses of 4 to 12 mm and rolls up to 30 metres, also in a self-adhesive version. We also supply heat-reflective foil such as Reflect-A-GOLD on a roll.
From the field
For a Doosan DL550 earthmover we insulated the exhaust system with 25 mm exhaust rope, finished dust-tight with aluminium tape, to prevent engine fire caused by flammable fine dust from its working environment. We also insulated the exhaust of the AJP PR7 motorcycle on which Peter Renkema rode almost 16,000 km to Mongolia, and we supply heat and sound insulation for classic car restorations. Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. The standard payment term is 14 days; other terms can be agreed in consultation.

Yes, send your purchase order to info@heatshieldings.com. For orders via a purchase order we charge a minimum of € 12.50 for shipping and handling.
Up to what temperature are the custom materials resistant?
Depending on the material, 140 to 550 °C: from heat-reflective foils to THERMO BLOCK insulation mats.
