Flat stove rope with self-adhesive layer

Remove the old rope, clean and degrease the surface, peel off the liner and press the rope on evenly without stretching, especially in the corners. The guide shows the steps.

Measure the old rope or the seam: the kits run from 8 x 2 mm to 30 x 4 mm. Choose the width equal to the seam and the thickness slightly larger, so the rope seals under light pressure; this is how you measure.
